I was politely asked by a developer on behalf of their work to not make AC public for the following reasons: "The problem lays in offering [PRODUCT] as a service, other people cannot use your instance to process theirs images"

My interpretation of the commercial license and a T&C was questionable.

In the meantime, I'm hoping to reopen the AC kitchen in some form in the near future. Stay tuned!
